Rich selection of Reports.

Utility captain has rich selection of reports allowing you to view your utility data from different perspectives. some key features in reporting are:

Data integrity reports to make sure you are not being over charged for things like power factor, load factor, etc. In addition, it compares this month's consumption with last year or base year and highlight suspected problems.

Cost savings reports to validate energy savings programs

Benchmarking reports to show best/worst buildings in terms of energy consumption. This will allow you to prioritize energy capital investments.

Trend reports to show how you are doing in terms of utility usage over the years.

Utility Analyzer to view utility usage/cost at different levels with different details. You can also compare YTD Cost and usage with previous years. It will allow you monitor your utility budget.

To make it easy to use, system allows you to save your favorite reports as shortcuts for quick access.

Most of the reports in Utility Captain have drill down capability to allow you to go to the meter level if desired.

Bill Archiving Capability
click on the image to see enlarged view	Utilty captain allows you to store scanned image of your utility bill along with the billing history. In almost all reports you can drill down to the bill level and see the actual bill. This feature allows you to have organized and easy access to your utility bills. You can see any bill, any time, any where.

Group your buildings
This features is really useful if your organization has lots of buildings. You may want to divide your buildings based on cost centers, geographical regions or departments and then create reports to compare total cost, usage or energy efficiency at these levels. Utility Captain allows you to group your buildings and summarize your reports at higher levels. Export your data
click on the image to see enlarged view	Utility Captain allows you to take the data out of Utility Captain and import into your other in-house systems for e.g. billing or accounting. This will save you from entering the same information twice. It also gives you flexibility to do whatever you want with the information you have entered in Utility Captain.

Weather normalization
Weather has a huge impact on your energy bills. Unless you normalize your energy usage for weather, comparison reports can be meaningless.
